Fibery is a connected workspace for teams. Or a no-code work management platform. Or an all-in-one collaboration tool. You see, we haven’t nailed the positioning yet.
Basically, Fibery is a set of building blocks to create a workspace for any kind of a company: tech startup, music band, winery, or marijuana farm.
Our practical goal is to replace a bunch of isolated tools to bring teams together into a single asynchronous collaboration space. We are talking Trello + Google Docs + Miro or Productboard + Jira + Pipedrive, for example. Or Excel + Excel + Excel, of course.
Our long-term goal is to augment organizational intelligence. Basically, to help teams of knowledge workers to solve problems that seemed insoluble before.
We have gone through a private and a public beta, launched publicly on ProductHunt, and have got about 50 paid customers in 6 months. However, we are still having a hard time explaining the product’s value to the wider audience.
So we are looking for a marketer that knows how to lead a B2B SaaS startup from the Seed round to Series A.
The goal is to mute the
#new-purchases Slack channel because of the annoying notifications.
You tell us! 🐧
We are a no-code platform so there are two strategic directions:
- Partner with creators and process pioneers to help them create solutions.
- Create and market industry-specific solutions ourselves.
We’d like you to help us to find the right balance between those two options and to define marketing strategy for each.
We have been mostly relying on content marketing, occasional satire, and organic traffic with virtually no ad campaigns so far. We are looking forward to hearing your ideas on picking the channels.
The team is 20 people, mostly R&D with 0 (zero, nulla, нуль) dedicated marketing professionals.
For each kind of job, you are free to decide whether you do it yourself, hire a full-time employee, or find a contractor.
What to expect?
- Spanish inquisition
- Outdated jokes
- Stock options
- Remote + flexible hours (also an office in Minsk, Belarus)
If you’re interested, please tell us about yourself at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, feel free to ask any provocative questions.
